Refund & Exchange Policy

Overview

Our refund & exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you received the product, we can’t offer you refund, return or exchange.

To be eligible for exchange or refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange or refund we require a receipt/proof of purchase along with the package opening video while you received and opened it, on our mail “info@catcho.pk” or at our WhatsApp account “+923107517047”

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you on your mail or contact number that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed with in 48 hours in your desired bank been operated in Pakistan.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet after being approved, first check your bank account. In case you didn’t received, you can contact us on our WhatsApp number “+923107517047” or mail us at “info@catcho.pk.com”

Exchanges

We only replace products if they are damaged or it’s not what you ordered.
You can apply for exchange with in 7 days only.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
